The IMS Advisor engages and facilitates an Expert Panel and takes input from the Client in crafting the proposed consultancy.  

For all consultancy assignments an IMS Advisor manages the commercial aspects whilst an IMS Principal Associate provides governance and guidance throughout the life of the consultancy.

IMS’ management consultancy solutions comprise: corporate governance, change management, procurement, business improvement and IT asset management.

Example: A British Utility felt they needed an Interim Commercial Manager.  Through “IMS Define”, the Advisor was able to determine that there were deeper problems related to financial management, debt recovery, processes and organisational design and that an IMS consultancy solution was the preferred option.
