Expert Panel

After agreeing with the Client that management consultancy is needed and that an IMS consultancy solution fits the brief, the IMS Advisor builds and facilitates an Expert Panel to deliver the proposal.

The Expert Panel will take input from the Client during formulation of the proposal and one of  the subject matter experts on the panel will be the IMS Principal Consultant charged with delivering the consultancy objectives.

Once the Expert Panel has built the solution, it is presented to the Client along with budgets and timescales.
