IMS’ interim management and management consultancy is built on our Executive Network which comprises 4,000 Interim Executives and Management Consultants comprising skills and experience in most business sectors and management functions.

Each Executive on assignment is contracted to deliver Knowledge Transfer and invited to commit to Continuous Professional Development days in order to maintain and develop their skill-sets.

Through our experience and technology we create Talent Pools from our Executive Network that are very specific to Clients by function, industry or by issue. Within each talent pool we designate Primary Networks of the most senior executives who keep our Senior Consultants abreast of current issues within their field.
