Impartial advice comes from an IMS Senior Consultant who will assist Client Directors and Senior Management with the identification of the most prudent use of senior resource.  Through the application of “IMS Define”, IMS Advisors are able to help Clients to fully articulate key issues and hence determine the best use of the resource should that be interim executives or management consultants.

If it is agreed that a management consultancy approach is needed and that an IMS consultancy solution fits the brief, the IMS Advisor engages an Expert Panel  to deliver the proposal.

If Interim Management is the agreed approach, the IMS Advisor uses our  “IM2” methodology in order to identify, validate, represent, monitor and manage the most relevant individual to successful completion of an assignment.
